Custom Process Guide
1. The customer provide the custom crafts design drawing (description: The best is Vector illustration or HD image) 2. Pay the sample cost, our company provides carved mold drawing （ description: the mold drawing would be sent to you to confirmed, once confirmed the production, if anything change, need to pay the sample cost again. Please carefully confirm ） 3. Sample Confirmed (description: We will be done in the specified time, please kindly check) 4. The two sides signed a production contract (description: Customers pay 30% deposit after signed the production contract) 5. Mass Production (description: our company will arrange a photo or send a mass production sample to the customer to confirm after we finished the mass production.) 6. Product Shipping (description: Customers need to pay the balance before delivery, then we will arrange to shipping.)
