The Keychain Production Process:

We mainly have 4 kinds process for product color. These are Paint Process, Enamel Process, 2D/3D Process and Glue Drop Process. They have different features and have their own advantages.

  1. Paint Arts Crafts: the common material is Copper, Iron, Zinc Alloy, etc. One of the most use is copper material, relatively expensive. The product with iron material is much cheaper, the surface of the iron product has a significant sense of bump, good texture, suitable for middle and low metal crafts.

  2. Enamel Arts Crafts: belongs to the high-end products in metal crafts. The main use of copper, aluminum and other materials. Thickness specifications are generally 1.5mm to 2mm. Surface polished, surface can be plated gold, nickel or other colors. Surface color is smooth and delicate. More refined than the paint crafts, is the first choice for high-end crafts production process.

  3. 2D/3D Arts Crafts: According to the different requirements of customers, to produce a flat or three-dimensional effect. The text can only make 2D effect, people and modeling can make 3D effects.

  4. Glue Drop Crafts: generally used for more color patterns, gradient color, the design is more complex, paint can not be used. Printed on metal surface or printed on paper and then glue, in order to play a protective and fixed role.
